Kid Sleeps in Park!

Heard this tale yesterday, On a police patrol on Friday night, the local Police were horrified to find a 10 year old child asleep in one of Oranjemund's park's at 21h00.....

The father does not reside here and the mother was out on the town.......

The mind boggles.....
