I wonder if this is a seasonal thing.... My water pressure for the last week has dropped....

It has dropped so much, that when I run the bath, I cannot have both the warm and cold water on at the same time, the pressure ain't sufficient..... When I water the garden , it takes me 3 days to cover all of my lawn.... the height of the sprayer is about 40mm .... It's crazy and frustrating.... I stay up late , watering my lawn till 23h00....  Sometimes on the weekend, it get's a bit better....  Is something somewhere broken again? Any know?

Check for leaks Mike A, you might have a broken pipe underground again.......................

Water pressure is. Dry low all over again. In the evenings it improves though. The pipes. Ear your house feed from Stevie's side and when we lived there the tree roots started chocking the pipes so your problem might be aggregated

So the tree's are conspiring against me again.... they better leaf me alone...

It was wisely pointed out to me yesterday, that our wee town has been filling up with new inmates over the last few months, thus adding to the demand for services..... It was also noted a few years ago, that the current water storage capacity of our town would prove to be insufficient if the township was stocked to peak capacity and that a new water reservoir should be added to the 4 ageing ones we currently possess .... anyone care to comment?

Whoever told you this Mike must be on something stronger than the water you are talking about. Go back to the eighties and before when Oranjemund was FULL, the water pressure was always there and with a full supply going to the mine as well. This was with the same amount of storage capacity as of today, unless there is only one of the four water tanks being used.

Is the population greater now than in the eighties?, I don't think so and the demand by the mine area must also be lower now with less people working there and in the town as well.

Makes one think doesn't it...............????????????
