For years we have been told that eggs are the poison of all ages. doomsday fruits . But Recently it is sait that  - Eggs are good for you . recommended to eat at least one egg a day . and .. Pregnant mothers take note. eggs contain some substance that is needed and found no where else . so scramble away !

Also read in a British paper yesterday how All bran flakes are bad for you now..... Some chemical in it can cause cancer

Most food are good for you but its all the chemicals and preservatives they add to keep it nice and tasty that is the problem.
Read the labels on food you buy and you might be shocked.

Buying some 100% juice might also shock you, they use 100% juice then add a lot of crap to it.
The bottle does not contain 100% juice.

Good Point, it's what they add... a lot of folk choose to drink the likes of Appletizer and Minute Maids thinking that they are better of than drinking normal cooldrinks, however those tins are the same as having spoonfulls of sugar in them, there are the two big killers, Sugar and Salt.......
