I always had my doubts re all the recommended food and supplements by dieticians and other experts . I recently saw a report from a panel of medics , about how harmful most supplements are . And these tablets , powders , liquids are freely available on the shelves of health shops and pharmacies . Most of them costing a arm and a leg .
