Excavator catches fire!

A source in the local mining industry has informed me that an excavator operating on the mine caught fire a few short hours ago.

It seems apparent that no fire response vehicle was available on the mine and the fire engine stationed in town was rushed into the mine to assist.

We still have no news on what caused the fire.
