This week's burst pipe can be found at 5th Avenue behind the power station...

For what it's worth, the chap running the irrigation of the area was informed about the leaking pipe a year ago and nothing was done, leading to our new fountain!

NO ACCOUNTABILITY is a major problem for the company and must be costing them a mint of money!
