Creche on 12th Burnt to the Ground!

There is a small creche that is run out of one of the old wooden houses on 12th Avenue.

Quite sad to see that a fire occurred at the residence and will not be functioning as a creche anytime soon!

Sad to hear but what is more interresting is the alleged source of the fire... something that many of us may have taken with a pinch of salt in the engineering field.

Google the following subject and you'll be surprised if not already aware of this reality... seemingly seed oils are a greater risk:

All things electrical contain smoke. Making it come out is easy; getting it back in? ... yeah right!!!
