Now thats a kind Kitty .. i remember the one night one of my cats had cornered a mouse .. it was hiding behind the vacuum cleaner ..  .. cat sitting intently waiting for the next move .. and then the mouse decided  to do the david and goliath thing .. it sudenly emerged from behind the vacuum cleaner  and went straight up to cats face .. made nose to nose contact with cat .. which threw cat  into total wobbly .. cat sitting there totally bewildered and mouse confidently strutting out of house ..   i could  do no more than watch and laugh ..  tomorrow the hunt would be on again .. truth of matter was my dogs have always been better ratters than the cats ..

You might just as well be speaking about Pierrewiet, the brat cat!  He does'n eat any raw meat  - no liver, no mince, no mice!  He sits on the windowsill and watch the other cats eating outside - no, he's just to grand to eat outside.  Has to be fed inside.  And don't think you can serve his food in a bowl that has not been cleaned  -  then he won't toutch the food.  Neither does he eat further when one of the other cats may stray into the house and come takes a bite from his bowl   -  oh no  -  sort of like  A CAT HAS EATEN FROM MY BOWL, SO NOW I CAN'T EAT FROM IT!

Bloody windgat plaaskat  -  he forgets that I saved him from drainwater when he was just a little bigger than a mouse himself and handfed him to keep him alive.  He looked like a bat when he was a tiny kitten.  Spoiled rotten from then on.

Ha  ha.. one of  the Kittens  we  rescued  got the  name of " spoonfeed " cos he was weak and  just off milk and needed strength .. so  we  used to feed him the jelly  from  pamper tin  beef  and  liver  by  teaspoon ...  so  the  name  just  stuck  ..  He was  given  to  my Mom  along with his  sister .. a pure  ginger  female ( apparently quite  rare )
