 bravo  to both of you for perserverance.  Georg - you have done well to stay of the ciggos for 20 years  -  how old were you when you started smoking then?

Mike, we all hold thumbs for you to stay of the beer and skilpadjies  -  no more gout. 

Personally I have to get off the gluten products, but  ai..................  will tell you how I fare with that (and I promise I will not cheat)  Has been a week now and the fresh bread from the oven has been like a flame to a moth, but I just put it away and did'nt look at it again.
