Hmmm  .. death sentence ... come  now , proven fact if most of prison inmates are his ' brothers "  and most  iof the serious  serial  offenders in the same category  that will  not be a " popular populist  political polygamist " thing to do  ... Hmm  methinks maybe he brings in the "affirmative death sentence " .. IOW  if you  were " previously disadvantaged then you pardoned .. if you  were not  " previously  disadvantaged " then  you  get the  noose ??  Huh ?  wonder when the  " previoulsy  disadvantaged" card  will disapear off the horizon ??  its years on .. and still bandied around ..

The "previously disadvantaged" card will never disappear because it is the only way they are guaranteed access to anything wothout having to actually be qualified, skilled, experienced, capable or suitable for the job. That and quotas will stay around forever.The pass rate for access to the Mediocal Faculty of UCT is a perfect example. "Previously disadvantaged" kids that started school on an equal footing 14 years ago are still getting preferential treatment based on their colour and disadvantaged history.  There is no equal opportunity or level playing ground and there never will be.

Good to  see the NPA is going to appeal the  Nicholson judgement .. dont blame them ... problem is they should have gone in cannons blazing first time .. its their second stab that f**ked it up .. even if at the time they  were not complete they should have done the   same  wily lawering  that JZ's paid for by our tax rand ( GRRRRR ! )  unprincipled  and soon to emigrate to OZ  legal shysters  did ...  and  applied delaying tactics and kept it alive ...   I saw the Jesse  Duarte  doing the suck up thing .. stupid woman  actually saying that JZ was now "proven innocent "  by the Nicholson  verdict .. if she of   no brains had actually read .. it had nothing to do with  guilt it had to do with   percieved legalities nothing more ... does the  silly B.... realise that sucking up to the likes of JZ will not save her in the long term .. they just  stupidly and blindly serve his purpose and when theor use is expended get spat out like  Ebrahim the fool  ... once the JZ and his  group of  mindless rabble get where they want they will purge ...  Uuugh !!  political whores ... well heres some more of the older  JZ " offending cartoons "
