Your worst nightmare.....

Last night while flicking channels; I happened upon the news and although I'd usually flick it off just as quickly as there's seldom a feel good story; the story they were relaying caught my attention......A couple in a regular town in Ireland woke in the wee hours of the morning to discover a young man of 24 carrying their 5 yr old daughter down the stairs......Aaaaaagggghhhh!!! Luckily the father managed to wrestle his daughter free from this intruder. Turns out that their back door was left open and between 03:30 ad 04:00 this guy let himself into the house and had a good nose about; even heading upstairs to the bedrooms he rummaged around the parents room as they lay sleeping and then onto the bedroom of their 2 little girls. The 5 yr old woke up and started crying; the man tried to stop the noise by squeezing her neck and then proceeded to take her - Thank God the parents woke up and managed to rescue her.
This man was not known to the family and then as if things weren't bad enough while he was out on bail waiting for his trial to come up, he killed a women (I don't know the ins and outs of that story) but yesterday in court he was sentenced to 10 yrs.
