The Benny Wilson I know wife's name is Auriel,had 3daughters. He was in Table View then Darling now back in England. Is this the right person?

How r u? Yvette here, yes that must Benny Wilson, his daughters Julie, Jackie and Paula, see Paula is a member on site too. Married to Noel Gottsch and living in Omund I believe. They also have a brother, Gary.

Benny Wilson was he the one who always had that brown grens vegter hat on and who thought he was John Travolta whwn he danced?

Yes Richard thats who I'm talking about.Have to smile,he did try and dance like John Travolta. Don't recall him being shot in the leg perhaps he was and thats why he didn't get John Travolta right.

I remember his red and black beach bugy - he used to take us for a drive - scared the life out of me.

Quite right Claire just spoke to my aunt. Benny did accidently shoot himself in the foot.My mom and aunt are good friends of Benny and Auriel.As Richard said another great Oranjemund character..

It was of course for Mrs O.
Benny sung the song, gazing into her eyes, on one knee and whilst holding her hand.
Mrs "O" at the time could not complain too much as she was wearing a pair of the white welly boots worn by the chefs - provided at the time by wee Roy Fields.
