A Grand Gesture !

I heard on the shop floor today, that the some members of the mine hierarchy,  GM included, went to the north, to ride  in the busses with the returning workers ... to show solidarity and support after the demoralizing three month shutdown at the mine.....

I think it makes a difference having a young dynamic GM and not some stiff collared guy with gray hair with old school mentality

Awesome!  Thats the kind of leadership that this town needs.  It is so rare and we are lucky to have somebody like that running the show.
