"I'm trying to find an old family friend, Gert Smith. I think his second name is Johannes.

He was in the old South-West African army in 1983. He was stationed in Windhoek at the Welfare office.
He then moved to Oranjemund where his parents stayed.

Kindly contact me, should you have  any information that can assist me in finding him.
