Thumbs Up To OTMCO's Health Inspector!

Give Credit where due, but I am giving a big thumbs up to OTMCO's new health inspector, Pekka.... it;s been a very very longtime since this town has had a health inspector who is so passionate about his job.....

This chap is actually going around to all the business's in town and teaching people how to do things right....

He is making all the food prep people do a mutliple choice test ... to improve on our food handling knowledge....... (even I did it..... got the lowest outta the Spar guys..... 77%)

So Thumbs Up......
