OPS Inherits Cricket Club!

Heard from a source close to the top that the school had now "taken over" the cricket club and the field. As may of you might know, the days of cricket have long been gone, the clubhouse was in good nick and the school still used the greens. Last year the school requested to use the Clubhouse for Exams for the seniors (Gee! A Bar at the exams) , anyhow this year they requested to have the the Cricket club buildings annexed to the school and this request was granted.....

At least it is one part of the town that will not die now......
