My take on this ,, I have  sent into Argus  as well ... My  sympathy to the  people who have lost family members due to the striking  of health care workers , the blockading of hospitals , the intimidtion and assault of those  that want  to work ,... its a so  called democracy where every person is supposed to have choice ,, especially as health care is supposed to be a calling ,,  currently its anarchy ,, I  say the unions should be held accountable  for the wrongful death  of those unfortunates  that were denied the care  they so desperately needed.
A  few big legal firms should do their bit  and  open a pro bono  class action suit on behalf of those that  lost family members ..
Next  one is the  Motor industry ,, they should  get their legal  teams together  and  sue the  unions for loss  of business and  threatening their export market , .. I mean hello  the  easten cape has the most depressed economy and the  export  orders  given to the various manufacturers  are a godsend and giving work ,,, their demand of 15 % is totally unrealistic  , what if  this strike drags on???  maybe the principal companies  say  ,, we cant  rely on you so we are cancelling   our orders with you??  Well then  there is  a disaster ,,
Never mind that they are tarnishing the image  and  damaging this country economy ...
So  if the union bosses  suddenly find themselves being dragged to court on an ongoing  basis   their funds being drained  , then maybe they will be forced to start taking a  more pragmatic stance ,,,   SO   YES  SUE THE BASTARDS  , ESPECIALLY ON THE  LOSS OF  LIFE ASPECT ...
To see  sometimes  requires that you  first believe .
