In my book a good move .. Lennit Max  with clouds  of  unproven allegations of misconduct  which have given impression of  a  not  totally clean  cabinet which Ms Zille  desired ..  sidelined  and Patricia deLille taking on portfolio of social development .. it was always a big thing on  Ms De Lilles agenda  that apart from  stirring  on travelgate ,, the arms deal etc  ...
I do think these two strong women  teamed up are going to  make a difference ..
