Police Station Robbed!

ohannesburg - The national commissioner of police, General Bheki Cele, has condemned a robbery at the Bedwang police station in North West, his spokesperson said on Wednesday.

"I have ordered the entire police service to cover every inch of ground to track down these brazen robbers and put them behind bars," Cele was quoted as saying in a statement.

His spokesperson Colonel Vishnu Naidoo said a group of around five men entered the police station on Sunday pretending to be complainants.

They produced firearms and robbed the officials of guns and other police equipment.

Cele ordered seasoned detectives from the Hawks to lead a thorough nationwide investigation into the robbery, Naidoo said.

"To complement this investigation, the Tactical Response Teams and other specialised units have been mobilised to speedily track down these criminals and to recover the stolen arms," Naidoo said.

I wonder how many other countries in the world have their police station getting robbed?

WELL  THINK OF IT ... POLICE STATIONS  HAVE HAD TO  PAY FOR PRIVATE SECURITY TO  PROTECT THEM ....

Makes me wonder what my dad would've done in a situation like that ...  ?  At the very least he would have 'strippped his moer' totally and would've just gone around the counter and klapped the crap out of them for starters ....

Also wonder if this was not some kind of inside job ...  bad cops getting a cut from the illegal fire arms that were stolen from them ....
