True True. One of the Spar owners in Secunda last week got into a heated argument with an irate customer. Next thing you know they'r involved in a free for all at the front door. Such is the African way, Rhona.

Contary to popular belief, the customer is not always right...he merely thinks that he is always right... SOme people are born to be just difficult..... I get pissed off with customers who don't have the balls to come straight to you with their commments and wait till you walk pass them whilst they talk to their friends and then raise their voice so that I can overhear them complaining about the shop.... I always turn around and interrupt the conversation......
