I think Rory is the older brother (Oranjemund's first Queen scout - Went to the world Scout Jamboree in the mid 60's)

Spot on there Ricky. I remember that time as well. We as scouts sat in can't remember the hams name listening to the jamberee. Maybe you can shed some light on that one too. Don Wilson's name comes to mind as well as a ham those days.

We were quite close to the O'Brien family Father Pat, Mother Audrey, Meg, Rory, Paddy and Bridget (Biddy). Pat, Audrey and Biddy have since passed on.
Your memory is often better than mine Pepe, following the Jamboree is but a vague memory to me, and Don Wilson (who dabbled in things electrical) could well have had something to do with it.
