OPPS EASTER GAMES AFTERNOON



FRIDAY – 8 APRIL

Starting @ 15H00 at OPPS



v      Lots of games for the children.

Delicious food:  "Boerewors-dogs", pannekoek, braai vleis & salads, sweets, candy floss, cold drinks, etc.



The whole community is invited – especially parents with small children – it will be fun.

EASTER WEEKEND TRANSPORT



Transport of the children from Cape Town for the Easter break has been confirmed.



The children will be picked up from their hostels between 02h00 and 05h00 on 21 April 2011. Children can be collected at the SA border upon their arrival.  They will depart at 05h00 on 2 May 2011 from the SA border. The cost is N$710 per child for a return ticket and N$355 for a single ticket.

ORANJEMUND BOXING CLUB NEWS



The Oranjemund Boxing Club (OBC) would like to congratulate local boxer Tobias Munihango on winning a Gold Medal at the Namibian Amateur Boxing Championships held in Walvis Bay. Tobias is now the new Namibian heavy-weight Champion. He now qualifies for the Zone 4 Regional Competition which will be held in Windhoek on 25 April 2011 where Namibians will take on boxers from other Southern African countries.



Tobias was accompanied by OBC team Manager Toivo Kamati and Enos Ekongo as well as the whole Karas Region team. The Karas Region Team came 4th out of all Namibia's regional teams and they brought back a trophy.
