Nampol Oranjemund increases numbers!

I give credit where it's due, I received excellent service from the local NAMPOL (Namibian Police)... Their numbers have been increased drastically, They told me that they now number more than 40 members in Oranjemund, I also heard that they are conducting street patrols and I even heard of a chap being fined $1000 for drinking on the streets......

Less residents .....  more police    =  more criminals in town than in the day when Big Dirk was around ....  my conclusion.

Good that the police are doing something about it, rather than be understaffed and have a crime wave on hand in the end.
