The Begging Bowls and Work Permits!

There is currently a large trade delegation from Namibia visiting Spain and Italy, seeking to lure investors and trade partners from these two countries to our shores.,.....

In today's Namibian:

"The Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Tjekero Tweya, has said Namibia needs the Italians' expertise, capital and international know-how to help develop Namibia's natural resources for mutual benefit."

I wonder if the delegation is aware that both these countries are currently facing massive financial problems of their own..... with daily demonstrations on their streets.... and what's the point of trying to lure Italians here to develop , when everyone knows that you can only get a work permits to do business in Namibia if you are Chinese or Zimbabwean.... This whole thing stinks of hypocrisy .........
