Quite an interesting presentation, but rather vague on the direct benefits for Oranjemund e.g what does "housing expansion" mean? I thought that Oranjemund had a surfeit of housing that Namdeb won't sell off? Or has this changed ? Will be interesting if someone could write an article on what is happening (or not happening!) in Oranjemund so us ex Oranjemunders can get a feel for what is happening and going to happen?
