On our daily walk, got the opportunity to photograph this piece of workmanship....

Not too bad, save for the fact that this is only one of three that we pass on our walk, one has to wonder how many other health hazards are on other streets...

Wonder where the Service level controllers are? Are we waiting till a child get's killed?
