Here at the Namibian border, there was an official we caught in the store many years back for tampering with the labels on a frozen chicken...swapping the price, our security caught him and we ejected him from the store, we did not prosecute as the evidence was flimsy to say the least.... anyhow, this said official was suddenly transferred to the north somewhere.
Now after 4 years he returns, and is continually finding fault with this shops cross border activities. Yesterday when the newspapers arrived, he phoned me to tell me that he was upset, due to the fact that my driver did not wait to have the load inspected.... which rarely happens here... my driver inturn informs me, that this said official always digs in between the magazines and newspapers and "borrows" a soccer magazine.... Now he is hounding us about other unclaimed items from a year ago.....

Grrr! just thought I would share my African day with you guys....
