Why do my photos always come out like billboards ... I'm not even blond ... Georg Sr, can you help?

Download Picasa from the google homepage. When you start the programm it'll search all pics. Go to the pic you need. At the bottom right you have several buttons. Press "import" and follow the commands..... Or ask snr. again. hihi

I am using Picasa at home, but can't download it to my work PC. So everytime I post a photo from work, it comes out in SUPER format

I don't use Picasa, so I'm afraid you'll have to wait for Georg.... Sorry!

If you do as in the description above you can take your pics via stick or whatever to work and upload from there. It works. I'm doing it myself.

That's exactly what I did. At home it was perfect, but from work it's huge

Maybe you pasted the wrong image. You'll have the original and the exported one. Make sure the exported one was saved properly.

I'm afraid I cant help you on the posting of pics; but that photo looks great Patricia - funny how in my memory those rocks were so much bigger and I always wondered how we climbed them without any 'climbing gear with ropes and harnesses etc - thought wse were right little dare devils, but unfortunately we were just small...........

The size of your photo is massive.... 600kb..... you can resize the pic down to at least 50 kb.....

That should make a difference, somewhere in here I explained to Bev how to do this...

Rhona, I agree with you. Everything looks so much smaller. It really surprised me when I went back to Oranjemund. Check out this photo of the school sport stadium. I remembered this as being humungous with hundreds of supporters from Red/Blue/Green house singing away and cheering on their athletes. Was it really this small?

oh i loved the sports field and that stand.....i felt like i was at the olympics the first day i was there.......i loved all the singing and cheer leading....dont think i ever was one....only in my bed room................and im gona be one next week at a high school mucial party lol
