Hi Mike

Thank you for adding Suna's name to the lost diamonds list. There is only one mistake, (nee HEUSDENS), please remove this bit, as this was my first married surname, has nothing to do with my sister.  Thanks.

Charmaine its a pleasure .. trust me it happens so if you wish it to be so .. I'm now facing the aniversary of  my John's passing on the 20th sept .. I had a very vivid dream last night in which I had good and close friends around me , one being Noel ,she  has never got over her brothers passing  it was sudden as in a suicide ...  and in this dream we were doing the thing on 20th sept ..  and i was trying to explain to her that they still with us but in another dimension and that we have to  move on in order to let  their souls  move on .. and that they always there  if we allow it to be so .. and next thing there is the John walking by in prime smiling but in the company of other people ,, just smiling and walking past ..  i pointed out to her look he's here  but yes not here .. she could not see cos her grief of past experience was clouding  her abilty to sense and see  whereas for me it was as clear as daylight ..  My  only understanding of the being in  the company of other people  would equate to the " other dimension "  there but not there but watching over one ...  I have done the whole invite thing this evening  .. a collection of friends and associates .. we will raise a glass , celebrate the pleasure of having this person in our lives , share memories .. and celebrate our abilty to carry on with life ...    so i am now resolute in what  should happen  on that day ..  with timeyou will reach that space of light ..  i wish all  the  strength  that I have gained  to you through this difficult phase ... Sandy

Hi Charmain,

I was very honoured to have been at the service this morning. It was so special. Suna and Eddie were very dear to my late father and I will never forget the jokes and the laughter they shared. When I started working at Debmarine, Suna and Eddie were there again. My Dad was there at the time too and it felt like old times. Suna was so courageous and never seemed to let on just how much pain she was in. It was so nice to re connect with everyone especially you, Eddie, Liezel and Clark.
"Jy's nou 100% beter Suna"
Lots of love and God Bless

Hi Everyone

I will be adding a photo of Suna on the site, just waiting for the kids to send me the whole lot, then I will make my pick. Eddie also asked me to add a message from him, this should follow shortly.

It is still very difficult for me, but I promised my brother in law I will let go, in order for my sister to rest. I wrote a poem, which was read in church, had in printed on beautiful lilac paper and gave it to Edwin.  I walked through my garden today, not really knowing what to do with myself, as hubby left for Iraq again last night.  As I walked past the lapa I got an idea of making a special spot in the garden for my sister.  I decided to take the space and fill it with Arum lilies. I bought all the different colours, and believe me, there are many. My intention is to spend time here when I miss her.  I am just grateful that I was not alone when she passed away.  Funny, after the service my youngest niece, Lisal, made the remark:  "Mamma het haar timing geken, sy het gewag totdat Andre by die huis was sodat jy nie alleen is nie.

Here is the poem:

My liewe suster sal my altyd herinner aan jou
Die strewe om altyd die mooi op te bou
Om geloof, liefde en familie bymekaar te hou.

Baie Liefde

Jou Kleinsus
