Robert Bruce

You are so correct! Congratulations.

Di a karma point is on it's way to you. And nobody can say you stole the boys chance. They were way too slow to react. I reckon they'll be moaning their heads off at missing a chance to earn two points each!

Ricky Barron (RIP)

Well I'm ready for my slap! Once again I know the tune, but my time weathered brain only starts working as the clip ends! I'm guessing BB King?

Bertie Horak

Ok, Ok, slap me if you want... That's what I get if I work in the tunnel after work until 7pm and don't check if there's any points up for grabs!!!  hammer

Gang up on me all you want. I am the one who giveth and teketh away karma points so .......... guess this track and all will be forgiven!

By the way the track above is not BB King. But I like your thinking Mr Barron.

It is the late and great John Lee Hooker and his song titled "Boom, Boom, Boom".

Here's what Wikipedia says:
==================================
John Lee Hooker (August 22, 1917 – June 21, 2001) was an American blues singer-songwriter and guitarist, born near Clarksdale, Mississippi.

Hooker began his life as the son of a sharecropper, William Hooker, and rose to prominence performing his own unique style of what was originally closest to Delta blues. He developed a 'talking blues' style that was his trademark. Though similar to the early Delta blues, his music was metrically free. John Lee Hooker could be said to embody his own unique genre of the blues, often incorporating the boogie-woogie piano style and a driving rhythm into his masterful and idiosyncratic blues guitar and singing. His best known songs include "Boogie Chillen'" (1948), "I'm in the Mood" (1951) and "Boom Boom" (1962), the first two reaching R&B #1 in the Billboard charts.

Do you need hints?

Nobody's perfect least of all me.

I've been struggling since September to unravel a midi track I found on another site.

Let me know if you don't need a clue or two. Don't worry, I'll still respect you if you do.

Dong! Sorry time is up on track ending #15.

Bertie had the band - Earth Wind & Fire. This track is called "September"

And the two clues I gave you are as clear as daylight. What month comes before autumn starts?

Hey Di, you nearly had it. See the post above and listen to a sample of that part which comes after, "do you remember...."

I reckon you deserve a karma point for the sore head after all the hammering you did against a brick wall with it....!!

Ou e'st Ricky? He needs to get the answer to #27. I cannot give a better hint than the one I did before on page 4.

Alright then, let's get down to business.

I never realised the track below was written by the band who charted with it. I thought it was by a different band of rockers from the 70s. How wrong was I?

Who is the band and what's the title of the track?

And I have now added a second track. Please don't shoot me with your geweer, I just thought it'd be good to have two tracks on one post.

Who wrote the music and what is the track called?

ROBERT BRUCE

Ricky Barron (RIP)

Bonjour Monsieur Bruce!

Talk about headaches.....These clips are not good for my health! I can't find #27 on page 4, am I going senile?

As for clues, for us southern hemisphere folk September heralds the Spring season!
