take choc and bit of butter melt and add milk if needed, then take strawberries and anyother fruit and eat all up until you pop!

I had a lamb rib in the oven..... I spiced it with lemon juice and Portuguese spice.... It smelt good.... it looked good.... but I was watching Cameron eating toast with spread..... The lamb rib was over rated.... blah.... washing it down with a PEPSI... on special at Spar for 2.95 a can......

Me, on a starvation diet ... long story but my son has a factured cheek and frozen jaw so he can only eat baby food, pronutro, etc so I'm not cooking or eating in front of him.  Would love a braai!
