My fellow (ex) Oranjemunders, the following minor updates have occured over at

Addded a few names to OPS pics, 1969 Rugby,1977 Std 5, 1968 Prefects, OPS Staff 1982, thanks to

Patricia, Anelma, Willem and Dion.
Added Newsletter dated 19 May 1985
Added Newsletter dated August 1873.... thanks to Clint for allowing me to use his copies.

I am still busy with an upgrade to the Newsletter/Gazette page. When I started the page, I never

envisaged it becoming so full so quickly with Newsletters. The page is a mess currently and should

be looking more professional in a few days or so.

I am still busy with a few other peoples pics, and will be uploading them with the next updates.The

Forum has almost reached a milestone of 400 members, so feel free to have a chat ....

Thanks to all that send me compliments regarding the site, but the site only works with your

memories, so keep sending Pics and stories...

My Fellow (ex) Oranjemunders, the following updates have occured over at www.oranjemundonline.com.

Added the talltale No8, entitled "The Best Dressed Rig" to the Tall Tales section.

Added the Yourphotographs page 2, which has the photo albums of the following people:

1) Colin Benton's Photographs, mostly from his time here in the 80's
2) Jim Murray, the original prospector from E-bay in the 60's
3) John Creedy's awesome snaps from the 60's. They number about 52 photographs from the 60's and   

   cover a wide range of people and places, including some Apprentice snaps and the band the       

Sandunes.
4) Mike Kilbride's photographs, also from the 60's. There is a nice group photograph of the Yacht   

   club crowd from the 60's. I could only recognise Aubrey Baker.
5) Pam Spackman's photo's of which I appear in, from a few kid's parties in the 70's.
6) THanks to Richard Opperman, Bobby Smith,Jeff lane, Mike Stenson and Bertie Horak (on the OPS   

page) for the various    pics they    submitted, which I have used on the various pages. I am

looking for affiliated club cards from      the old days. We already have , The Namib Gun CLub, Rec

Club and The Camera CLub, so if you can     help, email them to me.

There are an incredible amount of Oranjemund Private School (OPS) photographs doing the rounds and

I have created a seperate board on the forum, where you can submit your school photographs. I had

hoped sometime to redesign the site, to accommodate all the Newsletters and OPS photographs, but

have been unable to find the time. So please just upload your OPS snaps to the board for the

timebeing, otherwise I will just be adding it to the rest of your photo's when I create your album.

For those still interested in attending the Reunion 2008 in November, I have updated the necessary

documentation to PDF format for downloading on the REUNION 2008 page.
